A judge has
granted the motion to dismiss a Georgia case alleging voter fraud in Fulton
County during the 2020 election on the grounds that the petitioners, who are
members of voting integrity group VoterGA, lack the legal standing to make
the charges.
Superior Court Judge Brian Amero decided
Wednesday that “regardless of the veracity of [fraud] allegations, the
Court finds Petitioners have still failed to allege a particularized
injury.” The lawsuit sought an independent investigation of Fulton
County’s 147,000 absentee
ballots amid allegations that a substantial number had been cast
fraudulently for Joe Biden, possibly costing
then-President Trump a victory in the county.
As a "coalition
of citizens," VoterGA does not have the right to sue because “no
single voter is specifically disadvantaged if a vote is counted improperly,
even if the error might have a mathematical impact on the final tally
and thus on the proportional effect of every vote.”
The dismissal followed a Tuesday court filing
of a state investigation that found no evidence of fraud.
"Based upon interviews with the foregoing witnesses, as well as
other witnesses who were interviewed during the course of the investigation,
and in the inspection of approximately 1,000 absentee ballots and ballot
images, the Secretary's investigators have been unable to substantiate the
allegations that fraudulent or counterfeit ballots were counted," the
filing, made on behalf of Georgia Secretary of State Ben Raffensperger,
stated.
Raffensperger has been critical of both Fulton County's mishandling of
election procedures as well as Trump's claims that he rightfully won the
election.
Trump called Amero’s decision “unfair to [Georgians] and our
Country.”
“After a very long wait, a judge in Georgia refuses to
let us look at the ballots, which I have little doubt are terrible,” Trump
said in a statement. “This whole situation is a disgrace to our Country.

A
Pennsylvania
state senator says he intends to ask a panel he chairs for the
authority to issue subpoenas to compel counties to cooperate with
his efforts to investigate the 2020 election.
“We’re
eagerly awaiting my committee coming together when I can get a
quorum, get everyone’s calendars matched up—it is summertime.
As soon as I get a quorum, we will have a meeting, we will vote on
subpoenas, and let the fun begin,” Pennsylvania Sen. Doug
Mastriano, a Republican who chairs the
PA
State Senate’s Intergovernmental Operations Committee, said on
One America News last week.
Mastriano initiated
a forensic probe of the 2020 and 2021 elections in early
July by sending requests for materials such as
ballots
and for access to voting machines to Tioga, York, and Philadelphia
counties.
But
officials in all three counties are refusing to comply, setting up
the need for subpoenas.
Mastriano
set a deadline of July 31 in his letters to the counties.
York
County commissioners indicated
in mid-July that they wouldn’t send materials to Mastriano
or give him access to voting machines. Tioga County officials said
on July 29 that they wouldn’t allow Mastriano’s panel
to access machines unless the state Senate authorized funding for
new machines. And the Philadelphia City commissioners voted
against voluntary participation in the audit on July 30.
“Philadelphia
County’s participation in your proposed analysis would be
duplicative of extensive efforts already undertaken by the
Philadelphia County Board of Elections, the Pennsylvania
Department of State, state and federal courts, and your colleagues
in the Pennsylvania State Senate. Participation could also impair
our ability to operate fair and secure elections in
Philadelphia,” Lisa Deeley, a Democrat commissioner, wrote in a
July 30 letter to Mastriano.
Previous
election reviews have shown no issues with the 2020 election,
Deeley noted.

Commissioner
Omar Sabir, the only Republican Philidelphia County commissioner,
joined the two Democrats in rejecting the request.
County
officials have cited the threat of machine decertification as one
of the reasons they won’t comply. Philadelphia officials said
replacing the machines would cost more than $35 million. Acting
Pennsylvania Secretary of State Veronica Degraffenreid, an
appointee of Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, decertified
Fulton County’s machines in July after they agreed late
last year to an election assessment based on a request from
Mastriano.
Wake
Technology Inc., a Pennsylvania-based company, carried out the
assessment. But that access wasn’t authorized and prevents
Dominion Voting Systems, whose machines are used by the county,
from “affirming that the system continues to meet state and
federal certification standards,” according to Degraffenreid.
Mastriano
has said that the pressure on counties from the executive branch
is a form of intimidation.
Wolf
and the secretary of state “are trying to threaten and bully”
the counties, he told reporters at a recent press conference.
Stuart
Ulsh, a Republican commissioner in Fulton County, noted that the
machines there weren’t compromised or tampered with.
Wake
workers performed the review under the strict supervision of
county officials, he said.
Ulsh
alleged that officials with the Pennsylvania Department of State
had asked him to remove from the county’s
website
the report Wake produced on what they had found. “It makes
you wonder what you’re trying to hide,” he said.

question that the Senators have the power to issue legislative
subpoenas. The Subpoenas comply with the statutory requirements for

it is more than important that the senate does a thorough job by
auditing the entire state to ensure that this was not a statewide

independent forensic audit. I believe it is necessary to utilize
Jovan Hutton Pulitzer’s technology to check the folds in mail in
ballots and to detect the “kinematic artifacts”. Utilizing cyber
security experts like ASOG, or Cyber Ninjas to understand the voting
systems is also necessary. To protect confidentiality and privacy,

have cameras angled at a distance to protect each ballot. Bringing
in a capable liaison like John Brakey of AuditUSA to facilitate the

Christina Aguayo News -Facebook Election auditors in Windham, New
Hampshire have found that folds in the ballots impacted the vote
counts in the 2020 election but, they say, there may be even more
going on. The auditors ran testing on folds in the ballots this
weekend. In their test 75 ballots were folded and 75 ballots were
flat. Of the 75 folded ballots that voted straight republican only 48
votes recorded for each republican. The audit team determined that the
folds in the ballots generated overvotes - or blank votes - in the
particular machine which is the same machine that was used on election
day to run most of the absentee ballots. In addition, the auditors
tested the same folded ballots on what they call the 'school' machine
and found an even more dramatic problem. That machine only counted 28%
of the 75 votes for each republican candidate. Officials in the city
of Windham fold absentee ballots that they mail out which means
machines statewide are now implicated. According to reports, if it is
proven that the machines are found unreliable this new evidence could
have implications in at least 4 New England states. A dispute over the
vote count in the November 2020 state election sparked the audit. The
recount found that four republican candidates were shorted by around
300 votes each, while one democrat candidate was given nearly 100
extra votes. That massive swing prompted bipartisan action from the
legislature, which fast-tracked a special forensic audit.

The Maricopa County Audit Director is saying that the Board of Directors
has yet to provide the proper chain of custody documentation for the 2.1
million ballots from the 2020 election. Ken Bennett who is a former
State Senate President, and Chief Elections Officer for the State of
Arizona said that the county has not provided the chain of custody
documentation for the time period between the November election and the
day they delivered the ballots to the forensic auditors at the
end of April, 2021. Mr. Bennett asserted that he has been asking for
weeks for the documentation for that specific time period but instead
the county only provided the chain of custody documentation for the
transport of the ballots from the warehouse to the Veterans Memorial
Coliseum which took place on April 21st and 22nd. Mr. Bennett said that
the chain of custody documentation for the 5 month period he's been

record - in Maricopa County - does not match the physical count of the
ballots. He then took it one step further. Doug Logan, whose company
works with some of the largest names in the financial services sector, the
Government sector and also evaluated the systems in Antrim County made the
comments during the State Senate hearing. He said that the Maricopa Board of
Supervisors were incorrect in their assertion that his company misread the
early voting transmittal
sheets and didn't account for the duplicate ballots, which is why they say the
totals are different. Logan, however, said those duplicate ballots were taken
into account and it's the batches of ballots that do not have duplicates on
record that are in fact not matching up. "In the boxes, they have early
voting transmittal sheets that give the counts that are supposed to be in any
given batch. The county said the numbers don't match because we didn't take
into account the duplicates. Duplicate ballots occur when a machine can't
count ballot. The early voting transmittal sheets have a section on the bottom
that are to be filled out if duplicates are used. The ballots with non
matching numbers do not have anything written or recorded at the bottom area
which would indicated duplicates in that batch. We took into account the
duplicates and the county did not explain why the sheets do not match the
number of ballots in the boxes. We gave them some specific boxes with
mismatched numbers. Those batches did not indicate or have a record of
duplicates. An explanation is still needed for why ballot counts in batches do
not match records where duplicates were not used."Logan said that
duplicate ballots are created when the original ballot is damaged and cant be
run through the system. In addition, according to the former Secretary of
State and current Audit Director Ken Bennett, each duplicate ballot must have
a 6 digit serial number printed on it that matches a 6 digit serial number
printed on the original damaged ballot that it corresponds to. However,
Bennett said they can't find the original ballots that match up to the
duplicated ballots. "We are finding a 6 digit serial number on the
duplicate ballots but we are not finding a corresponding serial number on the
original ballot or the ballot needed to be duplicated. I was so surprised to
find this I brought people from both parties to witness that we are running
into batch after batch after batch that do not have serial numbers. They
should match one for one. The original to the duplicated ballot. Anyone should
be able to audit and see that the votes off the damaged ballots have a true
duplicate copy. I will send a question over to the county - they have made it
clear to me that they will not interact directly with the auditors - so as the
liaison I will ask them about the different number of duplicate ballots to
damaged ballots. How to we match duplicates to damaged ballots if there are no
serial numbers on damaged ballots?" Bennett said the ballots should match
up to the total number of ballots as a whole
